Now that is a most beautiful picture! I hope you were in a lawn chair enjoying some tea when you decided to take this picture!
What a beautiful photo Rosalinda. I am certainly ready for spring. Rainy here in Northern California again today. All the best to you.
Rosalinda, this photo is just beautiful. I love all the moss, and you can just feel the humidity.
Susie - The South is so enchanting this time of year. I could just sit, have tea just as you said and enjoy nature at its best.
Doug - We are having a fine spring weather here, a little cool in the early morning then goes up to 70s.
Pat - I love the moss too. We do not have them in New York and here in Charleston, they are everywhere.
I too can feel the humidity through this photo....I'd love to go hiking or for a walkabout.
Rosalinda - I can sit outside and enjoy watching the beautiful view, thanks for sharing very beautiful picture.
What a pretty picture, Rosalinda! Happy almost Spring to you!!!
It looks like moss so I guess you really are a Southerner now. Just a small reminder of LI, my crocus are popping up all over.
Kerrie - You'll never know what you'll see when you visit Southern plantations.
John - Sometimes, I can just sit and commune with nature. It's so pleasant.
DeeDee - Spring is in full swing here in Charleston. Spring colors are everywhere.
Liz - Glad to hear that spring is finally coming to Long Island. I'm going to miss my tulips and daffodils at my garden there. I didn't plant any here last fall and basically I have to learn how to garden in zone 8 instead of zone 7.
Rosalinda,
Nice capture of the great foliage and color we have this time of year. :)
Steve
Rosalinda,
Wow, what a wonderful shot! I just love the look of that tree... what a beautiful spot!! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Steve - After all that snowy and icy winter up north, spring here is such a delight.
Linda - Glad to share it. Have a great week!
Hi Rosalinda... how far south is this? It appears to be very tropical!
ah, the south is so wonderful, the beautiful spanish moss, the heat and most importantly the friendly folks.
Steve - The place is in Charleston, SC. I took the shot at Magnolia Garden and Plantation.
David - Coming from New York, the south is so different. The people are nice and courteous.
Rosalinda,
That a very different and lovely Southern garden! I know it must give you lots of pride and joy!
Patricia
Patricia - Gardens in the South are so lush and beautiful this time of year. While gardens in the Northeast are still asleep, we are enjoying the season already.
Magnolia Garden is a great place to visit. I was in Charleston for several days last month myself.
Rodney - I first saw Magnolia Garden on my third trip to Charleston many years ago. We kept on coming back here so we decided to move here permanently.
