It has been quite a week of snow, hasn't it?  Feels like we're living inside of a snow cloud.  Well, it will be gone  before we know it!

Rosalinda - My anunt and uncle just left a few days ago to go home to Plainview N.Y after a long weekend visit. After they heard more snow was on the way they didn't want to leave Florida.

Hi Rosalinda... Dallas has been shut down with icy roads for 2 days now and it is not supposed to be above freezing temperatures until Saturday!  Sadly, our ice storm was not a pretty as yours!

Hi Rosalinda, I was thinking today about how lucky we are here in Portland. Some folks were complaining about the cold (45 degrees) when all I could think of was all the snow you guys have been hit with...good thing it isn't us! There is such beauty in it though as with your ice cover tree!

Lynda - We are in a frigid zone.  I hope that Viburnum Bush does not die.

Kathryn - I'm glad you are hopeful.  I keep on hearing snow on Saturday and again on Tuesday.

Monica - The ice is so pretty especially when the sun is shining through.  I took this photo the day after the icestorm and it was still cloudy that morning.

Robert - I don't blame your aunt.  I would stay down there if I were her.  There are so much snow, it is even difficult to drive around.

Steve - I heard about Dallas weather condition.  I told my kids who are football fans and they told me the Super Bowl goes on no matter what.

Cindy - My yard is covered with glistening snow front and back.  They are beautiful but walking on the sidewalk and path are very dangerous.
