Rosalinda, Muttontown must be a lovely area.  These stats are all very positive for high end homes. Your days on the market aren't terribly high.  Our Raleigh NC high end market has seen a downturn over the past few years.  It's starting to improve but there are some fantastic deals out there.  Thanks for the info.

Marcus & Tonya - Thank you.  Inspite of the economic downturn in other areas of the country, we still have Wall Street to support our market so it's not as bad as the rest of the country.

Lee & Pamela - We have a concentration of moneyed class in this area and we have also excellent school districts which attracted lots of people from NY city.
