What are the room dimensions? I can't believe there are 5 bedrooms in that house! Good luck.

Gary - I don't have the dimensions of the rooms but all bedrooms have a queen size bed, a bureau and a bookcase and there is still plenty of space except for the MBR which has a king size bed and still spacious.  The family room is huge, great for a big party.  Next time I do an open house, I will take measurement.  We sell homes here by # of bedrooms, not sq. footage but that's an excellent idea.  I think I'll start doing that from now on.  Thanks for the idea.
