Wow, that is a lot of snow. I'm glad I don't have to shovel that.
Tammie - I will never forget that snowstorm. It happened on my birthday, Dec. 20 and we had 18 inches.
Jake does not look happy at all. But neither would I if I were trying to walk through 18 inches of snow!
Jim & Maria - He chased the snow plow truck and we called him back so he came swimming up the snow pile. He was not too happy.
Rosalinda,
Dogs seem to really like snow - at least the ones I've known. Great shot. :)
Steve
Hi Rosalinda,
Jake sure looks like he is haveing a great time! What a good shot that your captured. Thanks for sharing!
Chris
LOL. That looks like a very happy puppy. My spoiled Florida cats won't even step foot out onto the pool deck once it gets into the low 60s. =^.^=
LOL. Great photo Rosalinda. Wish we would get some snow here for a change!! Just a little.
Steve
Nice! There's nothing that's says Happiness like a big dog romping through fresh snow :)
Steve - Jake loves the snow. We usually let him out the back door but this time, he was out front. I didn't think he'd jump the snow pile. It was too high.
Chris - I just happened to have my camera ready because I was taking pictures of the snow scene and there was Jake chasing the snow plow. Glad to catch the right moment!
Lisa - Jake does not mind the cold weather. He sometimes sits on top of the snow. I'm cold just looking at him.
Steve - Just a little snow is really pretty. A lot is great when it is fresh fallen then it becomes a pain shoveling it.
Bernice - I must say he was really happy playing in the snow. I usually let him out in the back so he can run wild. He is a hunting dog, a pointer so it is in his genes.
We used to have a Golden Retriever. I would freeze to death walking her in all kinds of weather. She would come back very happy and go out back and lie in a snow drift to cool off. Me? I'd be trying to avoid frost bite;)
Howdy and Morning Rosalinda
Jake sure looks to be haven himself a really fun time out in the snow.
Janice - Dogs seem to like playing in the snow. I wonder about dogs who live in California where there is no snow. Do they also like to frolic in the snow? You wonder.
Dale - He sure is. You must have more snow than we have down here.
