Rosalinda, is this what they call mandatory fun? When I see your post I start rembering when I had to cancell showings and open houses in Boston due to blizzards:))) Now here in LA we do not like to hold open houses when it is raining. We are so spoiled. Today was a 75-77degree day depending where you were.
Better not let the global warming loonies know though. We are having the coldest winter on record here and may have snow for the first time in 15 years.
Endre - This is the first time this happens to me. I didn't expect a blizzard this weekend. We had to submit the Open House ad on Monday and I thought it would be just rain. 75-77 degrees! That's why my kids moved to California.
Joyce - It has been so cold lately and they call this global warming. We should complain to Al Gore.
Rosalinda you won't believe it, in my area we didn't get even a flake. No shoveling to do this weekend. I won't celebrate too much, we will probably make up for it as the winter progresses.
I suspect this open house has been rescheduled for January. Wow 2010 is here.
Jennifer - My arm is so sore shoveling all those snow. I can't believe you did not get any. I can't complain. You usually get more than we do during winter months.
Yes, the open house will be rescheduled sometime in January.
