Rosalinda,  So pretty!  As they say "Picture perfect"  How is Brookville these days?  I was on LI in June, it was cold and rainy.  It made me not miss NY so much.

Rosalinda, hot pink for sure.  That is a beautiful rose.  Thanks for sharing.

Sara - Thanks.  It's getting chilly here now which is good for roses.  June was awful.  We had so much rain.  Summer was only two weeks as far as I am concerned.  I hate to think winter will soon be here.

June - This rose is so beautiful.  It won the Queen of Rose Show here in June.

What a beautiful rose, my #1 favorite.  What amazes me about roses is that the tempertaure could be 100° and the petals remain cool to the touch.

Dee - Roses thrive beautifully in California.  I have seen so many beautiful roses there while on vacation.

Hannah - There was a famous hybridizer named Jesse Benjamin Williams.  Any relations?  He is the father of the rose class called Mini - Flora.  It is a new class of roses which is bigger than miniature rose but smaller than hybrid tea.

Rosalinda, you have captured a stunning picture.  I love the contrast between the rose and the almost holly like leaves.  Very beautiful!

Rosalinda,

That is such a stunning rose - the texture and richness of the color. Great photo. :)

Steve - Thanks. "Hot Princess" has all the qualities of a winner.

Definitely a beautiful rose. So "Hot Princess" won "Queen of Show." And where were the Prince and King? Out buying roses for the ladies? LOL

A lovely rose for a lovely lady

Russel - The King is not too happy to be beaten by the "Hot Princess".  "Signature" was the King and "Gold Medal" was the Princess.  We did not have a Prince.  Thanks for the beautiful rose.
